I am on my 4th day of colonix cleanse and am not seeing much big nasty thing’s coming out it does seem easier to eliminate don’t have to push very hard at all. New to program and just looking for some reassurance I guess anything you could tell me would be appreciated.

You’ll need to be patient AND you’ll need to know what you’re looking at. Plaque looks like everything else because it’s all scrunched together into a log. I can tell when I pass plaque because it floats. I don rubber gloves and explore if I need to, or poke it with a stick to break it up and see what’s there. Each of us need to explore to the level we feel comfortable. Some people never look, others resort to microscopes.

Let me know if I can help further.
