Thanks so much for leaving your email address. I have a concern and have contacted Customer Service 4 times just today! I am on my 7th day of the program and today I woke up with unbelievable pain in my legs I could hardly get out of bed. It was bad! I never experienced pain like that before. When I called C/S the first two people I spoke with reassured me that it was normal and just my body reacting to the program and that it should go away in a couple of days. It took all I had to get out of bed to get some Advil this morning. However………….the last two people I spoke with kind of scared me and said that it did not sound normal. The last gentleman that I spoke with suggested I seek medical attention. I know you are not a doctor, but do you have any incite on this? Did you experience any type of pain like that? The book that comes with the product states common side effects may be fatigue, headaches, cramping, bloating, skin irritation or redness. It also states that if you experience discomfort or side effects other then the normal signs of detoxification, including an allergic reaction to discontinue the program immediately. I hate to give it up because I have had more bowel movements in the past 7 days then I have had in probably the past month or two. So the product itself is working great, I am just really unsure of these leg pains. I will take any advice you can offer at this point. I also woke up with a terrible sore throat. I don’t normally get sick so I am just wondering if this is the “flu like” symptoms I am supposed to be feeling.

Are you taking both Toxinout and Colonix?

Just the Colonix. My legs feel a lot better this morning, still a little bit of discomfort, but NOTHING like yesterdays pain.

Okay. I was worried about you! If it’s just the initial flush, it’s okay.

I store toxins in my thighs. I’m wondering if you do as well, and that’s why you’ve had such uncomfortable legs, from the initial cleansing.

You’ll keep me updated on how you’re doing, won’t you?

Absolutely. I appreciate you being available. I might have a lot more questions, and it is helpful to talk with someone who has actually taken the product. Everyone I have spoke with that is not familiar with the product (family/friends) told me to quit taking it. What I didn’t understand, was, if I was doing the colon cleansing, why the rest of my body was reacting to it the way it was. Especially my legs! I couldn’t believe the pain I experienced. Hopefully after the discomfort in my legs go away, I don’t have any other type of pain like that.

I still have days where my knuckles ache. It depends on what’s exposed when the plaque is removed. I notice the difference in smell is tied to how sore my knuckles are. I’m telling you this so you won’t think you’re home free once the initial spate of soreness is gone. It may be back a time or two (or six) before you’re done with your cleansing. When the plaque removal exposes old stored toxins you’re bound to have some discomfort. Hopefully it will always be less than the initial push. Regardless, you’re going to be so much better off with all those toxins out of your system.

Keep me posted on how you’re doing, please.

My legs feel so much better, my throat is still sore and now my ears constantly feel like they are plugged. I chalk it all up to this product. I think it’s just working its magic. Today is my 9th day and with the exception of the aches and pains I really think this stuff is working. I weighed myself this morning and I can’t believe that I have lost 4 pounds already! Anyway, just wanted to send you an update. I never thought I’d be so excited about doing a colon cleanse.

<LOL> I know just what you mean! I can feel people rolling their eyes behind my back because they think I’m nuts! Too funny!

Well, here I am again writing to you with more concerns. I am now on day 25 of the Colonix program (only the Colonix, no Toxinout yet.) and I have not seen or experienced anything out of the norm. I have been following the program like it says. 4 capsules in the morning, 1 scoop fiber 15-20 minutes later and steeping tea for 6 minutes a night. Am I doing something wrong? In the first 9 days I lost 4 pounds but really think I have gained it back. My stomach looked like it was getting smaller, or maybe it was wishful thinking, but now it looks like I am about 2 months pregnant. I don’t feel bloated or anything like that. I haven’t experienced anymore of the horrific pains in my legs since the first episode. My headaches are few and far between (which is a BIG improvement since I used to have headaches everyday!) I do notice that even after getting a good nights sleep, I am ready for a nap around 2:00. I never used to nap during the day. Today, a three hour nap! I haven’t changed my diet much except for the Mountain Dew. I used to drink 4 cans a day and in the past 25 days I have only had 3 cans. I don’t even care for the taste of it anymore. Anyway, just wondering what your thoughts are. I was thinking maybe I will up the fiber and steep the tea for a little longer. What do you think?

I think you should try adding the Toxinout. You’re almost at the end of your first month, so it should be safe to add it. Also, you’re coming up on your 5 day break from the Paranil. I notice big changes right after going back on, so am interested to see what you experience.

When you kill of parasites you let more toxins loose in your system. The experts at Dr. Natura try and tailor the program so it will work for everyone, but not everyone has the background to know what to do when, which makes it tough for the average jill, and it and be the little alterations that seem to make such a difference.

Would you try steeping your tea for 10 minutes or more and let me know how it goes? I’m a little concerned that you’re in for a big cleanse if your stomach’s sticking out . . . are you going to be okay if it gets gross?

Terry and I are doing really well. I’m continuing to cleanse and continuing to (very slowly) lose weight. I feel good, but still have occasional bad days, usually right before and during a big release of plaque/toxins. I’m having a lot of breakouts on my face, which tells me I’m still doing major cleansing. Terry still doesn’t have all his energy back, but I’m not surprised. There’s no way a person can get as sick as he was and not take a while to get better. There’s a lot of tissue in there that’s in rough shape, and he’s got a lot of cleansing to do still. Being a guy, he wants to be better NOW, which isn’t going to happen. He, too, has lost weight, though he didn’t need to. He’s really a skinny guy anyway, but he no longer looks five months pregnant, which is good.

Hang in there and keep me posted.

Hello again, I hope you don’t mind that I continue to write you. I wanted to let you know that I tried steeping the tea for ten minutes like you suggested the first night, and 12 minutes the next and 13 minutes the next. Still nothing “unusual.” I am now on the first day of just the fiber, so I am sure when I start back up on the capsules and tea is when things might start to get a little exciting. I am actually okay with not experiencing some of the stuff that is showed on the website, but a little disappointed also, I just hope that it is working as well for me as it has for others. I am not so sure how I will do if I see something really nasty. I really think I will have some sort of anxiety issue. But then again, I continue to read the testimonials to prepared myself for it. I also experienced some of the breaking out on my face like you mentioned. I am glad that you and Terry are doing so well on it. I will have to keep you posted after the five day break is done.

Thanks again, you have been extremely helpful!

Please feel free to write as often as you like. It’s not a bother and I love to hear how you’re doing.

If your stool gets too loose, back off on how long you’re brewing the tea.

I think I had a running start because I’d already been working on cleansing my body. I thought I’d be done by the end of the 90 days (I still have a little under 2 weeks to go), but now I’m having doubts. With the last shift off and then on the Paranil I’m still dumping lots of plaque, some of it is very large and defined. I’m pondering whether to continue another month. I still have a fungal infection in my right ear, so maybe continuing is a good decision. And if I continue, Terry will as well, and I think it would be very good for him.

I think the more we know about our own body, what works and what doesn’t, the better able we are to take care of it. I wish I had known in my 20’s what I know now.

How have you been doing?

Well, I finished my three months on the Colonix and never experienced anything out of the ordinary. (If you know what I mean.) I felt better in those three months, and do notice a difference since I have not been taking it. I fell off the wagon there for a while and since finishing the 3 months I have not continued with the fiber. I know……….I’M BAD!!! I will definitely get back on it. It was kinda weird though for me. A lot of the testimonials that I read everyone wrote they were losing weight. During the first 9 days I lost four pounds but then started gaining weight after that. I have since started losing weight again since being off it. I am not big by any means but losing a few extra pounds would have been great. But I know that taking the product was not a means of losing weight but a doorway to a healthier me. I will definetily do the Colonix cleansing in the future. Thanks for keeping in contact.

How are you going?

I finished my three months on colonix. I am very glad that I used it and am continuing to use the fiber 2-3 times per week. I have a very clean colon!! The stuff I saw coming out on the cleanse helped me make the decision to become a vegetarian. It’s been four months now, and I feel good doing it. I still exercise 5 days a week and don’t eat sugar.
